Can I work during school?

• The majority of students work during school. It definitely takes some time management but it is absolutely possible. You will receive a schedule with every day you are required to be here so it is easy to coordinate with your employer ahead of time.

What is included in tuition?

• Books, supplies used in class, student liability insurance.

What is not included in tuition?

• Your testing fees for the licensure exam, licensure fees, First Aid/CPR, a massage table, monthly required massages.

What is a typical day like?

• Very generally, the program is divided into Bodywork Days and Bookwork Days. Bodywork days will include giving and getting massages from classmates and learning new techniques. Bookwork days cover the science aspect of massage including Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology and more.

How do the Clinic Hours work?

• On Fridays in the second half of the program, you will come here for a half day of massage. You will see three clients and you will be supervised and guided through how to work with clients. All the booking, scheduling, etc, is handled by the school. You just need to show up and learn massage!

What happens if I miss school?

• All hours missed need to be made up in a timely manner.

I have a vacation scheduled already so I will miss some school, is that ok?

• There are plenty of breaks during the 10-month program. Please schedule your vacations during those times. It is very hard to miss class and try to catch up.

Do you help students get grants or scholarships?

• No. We do offer a payment plan but we do not help with any grants, scholarships or outside funding. We do accept those forms of payment, we just do not help with the process of getting them.

Do you accept Federal Financial Aid?

• We do not.
