Payment Plans

We believe your education should be accessible, and we offer several flexible ways to pay for your training. We’re happy to answer any questions and help you choose the option that works best for you!

Option A: Pay in Full

  • Total cost: $13,750 (no additional fees)

  • Pay the $500 deposit when accepted.

  • Pay the remaining $13,250 by:

    • January 15 (for March start)

    • July 15 (for September start)

  • Payment by cashier’s check is preferred; credit card payments include a 3% processing fee.

Option B: 10-Month Payment Plan

  • Total cost: $14,000 (includes $250 financing fee)

  • Pay the $500 deposit when accepted.

  • Remaining $13,500 is paid in 10 monthly payments of $1,350:

    • First payment: February 15 (for March start)

    • First payment: August 15 (for September start)

    • Final payment is due in November (March start) or May (September start).

Option C: Extended 36-Month Plan

  • Total cost: $14,500 (includes $750 financing fee)

  • Pay the $500 deposit when accepted.

  • During the program: 11 monthly payments of $250.

  • After graduation: 25 monthly payments of $450.

  • If you choose to pay off your balance before the month prior to graduation, you’ll receive a $500 credit, bringing your total cost to $14,000 (the same as Option B).

Payment Terms & Policies

  • You may pay off your balance early at any time — no prepayment penalty (but no refund of financing fees unless noted above).

  • No interest is charged as long as payments are on time.

  • Late payments incur a $10/day fee.

  • Two missed payments will result in your account being sent to collections at 12% interest.

  • Students who fall behind on payments cannot attend class until their account is current.

  • Graduates who default may face collections, license revocation, and an ethics complaint.

If You’re Receiving Outside Assistance

Even if you’re working with an outside agency (such as WorkSource or Vocational Rehabilitation), you’re still required to pay the $500 deposit and choose a payment plan.

  • Monthly payments may be reduced based on the amount of assistance.

  • Please coordinate directly with your agency regarding your eligibility and funding.
